I have canceled my warranty with Continental warranty on May 1, 2008 due to getting another vehicle. I sent all the information to cancel my warranty with them on May 1, 2008 and to get my refund. I was told that I will get my refund of 733 in 3 to 6 weeks.
It is now January 26, 2009 and still no refund check. I have called countless times, emailed them, left messages, etc. When I finally get to talk to someone they tell me that they are short handed and that I should be receiving it on a later date.
I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau on December 29, 2008 and still no reply from Continental Warranty. Now when I try to call the number is disconnected. And their website has been down also. I don't think this is a coincidence.
I am very sorry that I did business with them and I will never do business with them again. I do not recommend them to anybody.

They are out of business, and you will not be getting your refund. Nobody can help you now. The BBB won't do anything, cause you cannot correspond with nobody. And as fas as doing business with them again, you won't. But if you don't start doing research before you buy something you will get ripped off again. And by the way, why would you think that a company that does sales like Continental would be selling a good product. The price is only good on this call, no we won't show you a contract. This is who you bought from, and what did you expect? Sorry if I came of rude, but I talked to them once and hung up. I still cannot comprehend how anyone would buy from them. I talked to them once, and knew they were going out of business.
