Reply.com run by payam zamani or also known as Reply real estate promises the world to agents but then rips them off! I signed up because the fast talking boiler room reply sales person said all the right things to me...first lead, disconnected number...second lead, an email that bounced back undelivered and phone number to a restaurant...third lead, a kid picks up and doesn't know what I am talking about! Just a bunch of words in a form they sold me! But reply.com crew says they check leads, they scrub leads and that if you get any bad leads they will provide a credit!
So I called in...talked to a rude customer service person about the credit. SHE SAID YOU HAVE TO READ THE FINE PRINT IN THE TERMS OF USE. She said my case doesn't qualify for a credit or refund! So I tried hunting down the fast talking sales person...she won't return my calls. So I called back and asked for a manager...they put me on hold and then hung up on me! So I called back again and told them I am going to write this report and file with BBB if they don't send me to their ceo payam zamani...they put me on hold and hung up on me again! I have never felt more stress and anger in my whole life. I was ripped off by reply.com.
Is this a joke? Is this how bad it has become? I paid in full for these so called leads damit! What a scam.
So I did some research on reply.com ceo and found out that this guy payam zamani did the same scam at autoweb.com where he was sued with a class action lawsuit and was later fired from autoweb!
Im h*ll bent on spreading the word.

These leads are very bad and you should avoid their many company names that is a red flag alone
