My lady took her sons car there for repairs, it is covered under insurance, I think they over charged her insurance. I saw the damge to the car and based on what I saw compared to what they charged is suspicious.

In short, Parts were: $825.11

Labor: $2,020.20

Misc. Charges: $308.00

Invoice Total: $3,137.78

I think this is way high and they did some over charging here.

I worked at cooks collision of roseville and saw several times that if the the person wanted to go there for repairs and it was not a direct repair shop the estimators would overcharge the insurance and corporate would be down our throats on collecting the money even though they had no idea what was really going on. it was all for the management and estimators to get ahead and collect there bonus. They have outragious pricing only to hurt the people in the end and raise there insurance rates. a very greedy company..
