I have been using Coolair Sam a few years now for my air condition needs . Over the the years there has been a few bumps in the road with their service . Usually in the end the promblems are resolved . I had John out recently to perform my yearly heat check . I asked John if he knew a good plumber I needed a hot water heater replaced .  To my surprise he said Coolair Sam was now offering plumbing services . He stated if I would like he could set up appoinment with one of their plumbers . He assured me all their plumbers were licensed and insured by the state of Texas . Shortly later I received a call from a man that stated he was a plumber with Coolair Sam and he was following up with me about hot water heater replacement that I had spoke to John about . To my surprise he gave me a quote over the phone . I asked if he needed to come out and make sure his price was correct .  He stated John gave him all the information he needed . Surprised once again he said they had a opening for February 7, 2016 Super Sunday . Said there would be no extra charge . I said go ahead since I have been doing business with Coolair Sam for several years now .  On Super Bowl Sunday John and the plumber show up in Johns truck . I told John I thought Coolair Sams plumber would be doing the work . He stated the other guy was Coolair Sams Master plumber . There was no need to worry that Coolair Sam would stand be hide all work done . The replacement went smoothly until they turned the water back on . Water pressure was almost 0 . Shortly afterwards John left . I told the plumber the water pressure was not the same before the replacement . He assured me he would correct  the promblem . Several hours later the problem still not solved . Tryed calling John he just gave me the run around , told him I would be calling the office Monday . He said no need to he would handle things personlly . Tired of messing with John and Coolair Sam I checked the internenet and to my surprise found out that Coolair Sam is not a licensed in the State of Texas to do plumbing repairs . The next day I called out  a real plumber to correct the damage John and Coolair Sams plumber did to my home . Lesson learned but sad you cant really trust any one .  In the end I almost end of paying $5,000.00 to correct a $1,500.00 hot water heater . Coolair Sam your on notice I am reporting you guys to the State of Texas and taking legal action .
