I emailed Coolhandle and informed that I want to cancel my service because my partner and I are sharing a reseller account. I had paid in advance $262.80 for two years hosting from 26/02/2012 to 20/06/2012 (4 months) when all my domains were transferred. Coolhandle was not the only hosting I used and the other hosting companies were so polite and nice and they have actually refunded my money through PayPal. When I requested the same from Coolhandle, this Adam R. a nasty person refused and said that their policy does not allow them to refund. They are not providing me any service and none of my domains are hosted with them. They now have one year and 8 months of my money for providing me with nothing, this is cruel and should not be allowed to happen. If I were paying on a monthly basis rather than paying upfront, this would not have happened because I would just have stopped the money from my PayPal account. Coolhandle should be closed and be made to repay all the money they have been stealing from their customers under the pretense of policies. All hosting companies have 30 day no money back policy, and this should be OK with a person who is paying monthly and not upfront fee. How come other hostings do not have this so called policies that Coolhandle hides their nastiness under. Everyone should boycott Coolhandle and join other hosting companies who are genuine and treat their customers with respect and they are not thieves. What Coolhandle are doing is stealing people's money by not refunding what is owed to them. Adam R, I know you will read this, I do not care about your policies I still want my money back and I will fight you until this is done. Another thing, I will brow a whistle to everyone and anyone who can listen to make sure that no one signs up with you.
