I purchased a used 2010 back on 8/25/12 and as soon as I took the car off the lot I started having problems with the car and I had to bring it back the dealer. had the car for a day overnight and was supposed to fix the problem .pick car up was still ahveing problems with evehicle. dealership never aknowledge any problem with the car. 3 months later i am still experiencing the same problems with the vehicle along with an issue with the transmission like it is stalling out and not shifting in the coreect gear. because of the jerkness I am experience i am vey pissed off with this dealership because i had filed a complaint with 1-800 lemon law under the magnum moss warranty and toyota denied me any settlement stating that thy did everything under the warranty which me to me is how could do anything when the dealsership doesn't even know what is wrong with the car. so I been waiting pateintly for the last 2 1/2 months waiting to hear back from toyota's legal department. i am tired of these dealership selling extended warranties what is the purpose of those if you can't utilize them and it is about time toyota face up to reality that they are have numerous problems with their newer vechicle than they let on to and stop haveing these dealers certified these used vehicles without checking them completely out first. now I am stuck with a lemon of a car and toyota is no big help. maybe we should all get together and fil a clss action suit against these theieving dealerships for selling items not as decribed. Also copeland motto is that they stand behind their cars that they sell (lol) that is so funny because why are they not standing behind the one that they sold me.So copeland I want everyone to see just how you stand behind your vehicles.
