I have been a member of Island Links in South Carolina since last October where I purchased 21,300 points a year. My husband and I went back again this summer and foolishly bought 99,000 points. We were told last year that we would get a check if we didn't use our developer week. They we were offered 2 years of dues paid if we didn't use the developer week. We decided on that option. I called today to find out where my 42,666 points are and they told me that I didn't pay the fees. I told them what I was told by my sales person and they said it's not in my contract. Therefore, they informed me that my 42,666 were gone. I was also told that my vacation for next year would be booked for me. When I called today they had no information on file. I was told by RCI that San Francisco is not even available at this time. The person from Coral Resorts told me I could borrow from 2015 use year and be put on a waiting list. I told them "you screwed the wrong person"! This is not going to be the outcome.
