I have been scammed by the liars at Coral Resorts. They pretend to your ally but they are only out for your money. They musts dehumanize themselves in order to create such agonywith their blatant lies. I wonder if they even have feelings. I think the residents of Hilton Head Island should be appalled by this kind of thing.

I am filing a class action law suit against this company and the individuals who worked with me. There is power in numbers so if anyone is interested in joining this suit please let me know.

The details of the ruse I have experienced will be posted per requests. The similarities with many complaints I have read are amazingly alike. They are trained to do this.

These sales men used my family to convince us to buy. Being military and so far away from family the told us that we could get a 3 bedroom for 9,000 points a year, and since we are "yearly" owners and get over 24,000 points a year we could get 2 units the same week! So we could have our family meet us at coral sands every year.

Well first off we not yearly is every 3 years, and 24,000 every 3 years still isnt enough points, summer is what like 144,000? Of course log in information didnt come for weeks, way past the 5 day cancelation policy. Only way you get anywhere for 9,000 is 30 days or less. My family needs way more time then that to plan a group vaction. When I spoke w RCI they said coral sands NEVER has availabilty at 9,000 points!!! It took 3 calls to coral sands before we got a call back, and all she said over and over is "well you signed the papers, you could always buy more points"! are you kidding me, we are living paycheck to paycheck and bought this at the hope that we could see our family all at the same time.

On top of that she told me to go somewhere else then, we bought to stay there not somewhere else, and to have something yearly nottt every 3 years. Also told us at the sale that maintence fee wasnt due for 3 years, another lie it was due a month later and if not paid up tp 200% late fees! We are in the process of speaking with a lawyer to get us out of contract, but mean while we put $2,500. down on a credit card for this. We have also paid monthly, and have been making payments on the maintence fee. So 315. a month plus another 100. towards credit card payment. Out of fear of messing up ourr credit we worked so hard for I have been making payments.

They played us and have caused extreme stress on my marriage, this ordeal has almost caused a divorce and now we are are counceling. So any help to get us out of this an any ideas on getting at least down payment back I will take. PLease let me know if theres a lawsuit, My husband has a list of all their lies!

My husband and I had went to hilton head back in 2012. We like most got suckered in to buying a timeshare. We paid our dues that year. In 2013 they invited us back and got us to upgrade our package. The woman that sold us the upgrade didn't even work for rci, she was a manager theres wife.

She told us that she would give us money toward the down payment and made it sound like a good deal. She had also told us that we would not have to pay dues again until 2016. Summer of 2013 we got a bill in the mail for the dues and yes it was at least $1000. I called to ask why we got the bill and the rude woman I talked to told me that the woman that sold me the timeshare could not make that promise of not having to pay dues until 2016.

We were also under the assumption that we would be able to go back to hilton head that following year to our timeshare. That was wrong too. Our timeshare is every three years. I just want out of this timeshare. They are nothing but liars and scammers. I would just let it go but I don't want to ruin my credit. I don't even know where I can get the payoff on the stupid thing. You should have access to that on there website. I'm up for a class action lawsuit!
