My name is Colleen. I live in my home in Colorado.

In May 2016, Brian Boozer , from Core Advisory Group Svc, LLC , out of Calif. called me to state: he was a legal source who worked for Core Advisory Group, that helped people in Mortgage troubles. I was erroneously put into foreclosure, that then forced me to go into BK, to save my property. Core Advisory Group, Brian Boozer and David Clarke who's real name, outside of Core Advisory Group, is Mr. Devin Benter, but falsely uses David Clarke as he lures you into his net, guaranteed me a ton of things that they did not deliver on. AFTER they took $3900.00 from me up front. They actually sent a notary to my home to collect my money, I now realize was a ploy to make me really believe they were so legit and could help me. Brian himself on 3-4 calls , in 2-3 days told me he guaranteed he could 1) guarantee to immediately get me out of Foreclosure 2) that he could, himself get in front of State officials that would personally review my proof of no missed payments and get most if not all of my $30,000.00 ++ removed from my loan balance, that I most likely would receive compensation for their errors, and that I would go back or very close to my original loan balance, and finally, during his time of helping me, I could officially quit making my mortgage payments. (had I listened to him, I would have lost my property as others he lied to did as recently as last month. Core Advisory used a virtual addresses , instead of an actual physical one . He lied over and over, but spun his lies so well, that in my desperate 11th hour to do anything to save my home I trusted and believed him. He had me send 78 pages of proof 3 x's , at $24 dollars each mailing as he claimed twice he didn't get it and his assistant Bob Alum told me , who was assigned to take my case, had never" laid eyes on anything I sent in.

 Core Advisory Group Svcs, LLC has again changed their name for the 3rd or 4th time, just last month, from Colleagues in Law to Core Advisory Group to Core Advisory Group Svcs and now Consumer Dispute Group. Texas, Washington State, and now Colorado have Devin Benter or so it now appears is his legal name, the owner under investigation. He has bilked 1000's of really desperate people in trouble with their mortgage companies out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. He did nothing for me. He had a really great lady call me and sent a letter to my congressman and I told her I had done that twice and never got a response. That was it. After having my $3900.00 for over 5 months I demanded it back, called and called and called Brian Boozer and finally after telling him I was going to the Colorado Attorney Generals office, he returned a call and told me " I was a difficult client and he did not want me as a client and would review with his staff about refunding my $3900.00 And get back to me. I have never heard another word from him. This company is a SCAM!!!
