Cortez Towing ripoff, crooks, criminal, scam, illegal, class action suit Riverside California

I was parked at a gas station in a big parking lot with only one sign parking sign up that was faced down and unable to be read at night. I leave my car for 1 hour to pick up a spare tire from a friend and come back and my car is already towed. The gas station is incahoots with the towing company. The towing campany wanted to charge me 270 cash only to take it out the same day. They would not even let me take my cell phone or any personals out of my car unless I paid the 270 in cash. I called the police dept. and they said they have numerous complaints with the towing company and that I should take the towing company and the gas station to court. The officer said I would most likely win with all the evidence I provided the officer.

I would like to file a class action suit against Cortez towing, if anyone would like to get in touch with me, please respond. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US!
