Me and girlfriend got a rv from mark back in feb of 2010. We payed a down payment of $2500.00 to mark. The rv down payment was $4500 but he dropped it after we told him we would pick up the rv from the old leaser. Well we showed up to pick it up and the rv was a mess and needed carpet. We took the rv home and started to clean it and I installed new carpet. We had about 25 hrs into cleaning. I called mark all he could say is he was sorry for it being like that ok. We used the rv for 1 month and thought we needed a bigger one. We asked mark to release this one we had. So he relisted it on his website. Well it took a day to release it. he took a BROKER fee of 4500 from the new person and they came and picked up the unit. We did find a unit that we liked but it was just out of our price range. Mark told me and my girlfriend that he would pay us back for all the cleaning and the new carpet i installed and he would refund the 2500.00 for the down payment we had put down on the last unit. He told us he needed time to get it togethter and he would send it to us. Well its been 2 months and I have tryed to call and I get no calls back. I emailed him and nothing back. We are not the only ones he has done this to. I would NOT do any kind of sending this man money. His rv's are not what he is selling you. I have done my homework on this man. He had another company that he had to close do to ripping folks off. All we want is our money back for the carpet and the sat dish that we installed. Buyer beware on the company. Please do your homework. If you want a rv use the company out of las vegas we did and we are very happy. Save yourself alot of pain and time.
