On Oct 29, 2012 I placed a order online for a 150cc scooter, leaving a phone number to be contacted. The next day Chris Anderson a sells person working for countyimports contacted me via phone. I placed my order with him, and he took my debit card number over the phone. He said that it would not be charged until the order was in stock and verified. It was about a week later he called me and said the warehouse had the scooter and color I wanted. So he that day, placed a debit order against my account. 

I ordered this scooter for a christmas present. The scooter was suppose to be at my door befor christmas day. Chris the sells person called me on the Dec. 21 2012. Stating that they can't deliver my scooter by christmas, and it might be delivered the 7th to mid Jan. 2013. Do to the delay he offered me the option to wait, or get a full refund. I told him I wanted my money back. He then gave me the name of the person to contact, if I didnt get my refund back within 7 business days. That person is James Koiutroulis, I have phone numbers that I contacted several times, trying to resolve my refund. No one would return any calls as I only got a voice mail to leave a message. 

I tried many times, calling, leaving messages on their web site. and never get anywhere. I did get a automated email, stating someone would get back to me. But they never did. 

Today, the 30th of Jan 2013. I finally got through on the phone. To my amaze, the sells person Chris Anderson answered the phone. I asked him very politely why he done what he done, he states the  company is being bought out and I would have to call the number on the back of my credit card. He  stated that the bank would give me my money back. I said what? Ya he stated, they will give you  the money in about 3 days. 

Well I called the bank. They are now doing a investigation pending my money back. What a rip off countyimports is, I got fooled again believing the sells person. Chris Anderson, a wolf in sheeps clothes.

Countyimports was temporarily ran by Epunk Inc between the dates of April 2012 and May 2013. San West ran the site between Sept 2009 and March 2012, during that time we strived to have 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that during the time Epunk ran the site there were a few issues. We would like to annouce that as of April 2013 San West has been placed back in the position of running the site for complete customer service.
