Covenant Transport - HireRight false report on DAC Chattanooga, Tennessee

I was employed by Covenant transport out of Chattanooga Tennessee and on my DAC report i had one incident where my truck was backed into by another truck at a rest area while i was using the rest room. I noticed it when i was walking out of the rest room and the truck that hit my truck was already gone. I reported it to the company and it is on my dac report as not preventable and not dot recordable witch is fine, The issue is when the truck was on the hook and being towed into the terminal.

I was told to get out of the truck at the guard shack and go into the main terminal bulding witch i did while the tow truck driver took the truck into the lot to park it and when i got to the entrance of the terminal in the smoking area (Roughly 500 yards or more from the lot). 

I was sitting there talking cutting it up when thier was this loud boom from the lot so, everyone including myself went to see what happened and the tow truck driver took the corner too wide and hit a bunch of parked trailers with the truck that was assigned to me damaging 4 trailers and destroying two reefer units on two of the trailers and totally wiping out the passenger side of the truck i was assigned.

When everyone got to the truck and the safety person was inspecting the trailers and the truck's damage, I at that point asked what happened cause all i heard was a big boom and had no idea what happened like everyone else at that time and i was told that the tow truck took the corner too wide and at that point the dispatcher and safety inspecter told the tow truck driver that he wasent at fault and when he asked why they pointed at me and said that it was my fault when i wasent even there when it happened, i was over 500 yards away and not even in veiw of what happened.

I pleaded my case at that time and pleaded it again a year later and now it shows up on my dac report the innital incident at the rest area and then below that they are reporting the incident at the terminal drop yard on my dac report witch wasent even my fault and i wasent driving the wrecker that hit them trailers and destroyed them reefer units.

I dont know what i can do or how to go about fighting this??
