I worked for this company for two years i made a decent amount of money but my first problem was that the recruiter lied an said i can get on a dedicated hiring on when i started they told me i gotta ne there six months before i could get it i didnt fuss about it still stayed my problem came when i quit i had an accident on my dac for had been thrown out in court an it was keepin me from gettin another job i was sideswiped while tryin to merge on interstate their was no injuries or damage to truck just scratches on suv an when i went to court it was thrown out but still they put on my dac thats dine but could have told the whole story they also put on there when i got stuck at one of there receivers an needed tow but this doesnt effect me at all im always asked why did they bother to put that on there but anyway i just thought i would share this with potential employees to watch this company when it comes to your dax

yeah your right i dont know much about dac but i was a 7 year driver at the time of this incident an never had accident you cant tell me you think its right for me to be crucified of one accident if you gonna put something down on somebody tell the whole story tell that it was thrownout in court no injuries. another thing when i got stuck at receiver i payed my money to get unstuck all they did was help me find wrecker an mark up my dac u need quit acting like your so perfect who are you the company b--ch

It doesn't matter what the court said or did. You were STILL INVOLVED in an accident. Just like your personal auto insurance will jack your rates if someone rear ends you. Doesn't matter who's at fault you were still in an accident. Also you clearly weren't watching your mirrors during this lane change or you could have reacted. In 14 years of driving I've had cars cut me off in mid lane change a thousand times. I've NEVER ONCE made contact because I watch my mirrors and pay attention.
As far as the tow truck is it listed as an accident or an incident. Either way YOU got the truck stuck and the company had to pay money to fix the problem YOU caused. It is a DAC reportable incident.
I am so sick of reading people's cries about how a company is to blame for their mistakes. Grow up and accept responsibility for YOUR mistakes.
YOU got into an accident. YOU got the truck stuck requiring a tow truck THAT'S WHY USIS IS HERE. so other potential companies know the risk YOU represent to them. From your own admission here THEY ARE GOOD REPORTS.
