I'm curious though. If the "high prostitute" was blocking the curb what did you hit to bend the rim. More importantly how fast we're you going.
I've been driving for 15 years and I call BS...there was no one in your way...YOU took that turn TO FAST, AND TO SHARP and hot the curb hard enough to bend that rim.
YOU were in control of the truck and YOU made the mistake that bent that rim.
As far as Pomona goes. I am also familiar with that terminal. So what if you told our co-driver to stop at a truck stop. How is it HIS fault that YOU ONCE AGAIN in control of the truck hit something.
You should have been watching you mirrors and paying attention. There is more than enough room at Pomona to maneuver in and out of the parking spots. As long as your paying attention.
Also the safety guys at Pomona do NOT wear master trainer shirts.
There had to be some kind of visual, and/or audible contact for someone to come "running over" as you say. If you had simply tapped a mirror (since you say there was no damage) how would they have known to come running over right after it happened.
Stop trying to pass the buck...YOU were behind the wheel, YOU were in control of the truck, YOU are responsible for things YOU hit, and/or damage. NOT some street walker or your co-driver
