covergent outsourcing Sherman companies; pyod llc; consolidation usa probable pfhishing and extortion attempt, mail fraud Internet

I received a "settlement offer" for a debt i do not owe.  The debt was for $10,596.61.  the settlement offer was for $1059.66.  the sender was something called Convergent Services located in Houston Texas but with a pay to mail address in Renton, Washington at a PO Box. The creditor was listed as Pyod LLC with the original creditor listed as Consolidation USA.  I have never heard of nor done business with any of the listed companies. On a second sheet was a listing of something called the Sherman Companies with 19 affiliated LLC firms, including Pyod LLC.  A notice says I have to contact them if I dispute this claim or they will consider it valid.  This means it is a pfishing expedition and the claim is in question.

I read the rip off report on Pyod LLC that is listed on the webpage and am know that this is an ongoing and widespread scam.  I decided to file this report to substantiate and back up the report by the other victum. I have also filed a police report and am in contact with the US postal authorities to investigate the possibilty of fradulent usage of the US mail. I will follow the instructions from the police and want the people in Houston to be alerted to this possible fraud.
