Covida Insurance Covida Insurance HORRIBLE AGENCY TO DEAL WITH!! CEO Daniel Touizer Sunrise Florida

A disgruntled former employee wrote this complaint as well as the subsequent one.  This is obvious because in this complaint, the former employee pretends to be a customer then quickly resorts to personal attacks having “met some of the people that work there”.  These false and defamatory allegations are not from a customer but from a former employee who is lashing out in an effort at revenge after having been terminated.

 Covida hires only the utmost professionals and requires all agents to abide by a Code of Ethics as mandated by Florida law.  The Code of Ethics demands that all agents have a common obligation to serve the best interests of the insuring public and to always place the policyholder’s interests first.  Accordingly, when an agent says the customer doesn’t come first then we must part ways with that agent.

 As an insurance agency, Covida complies with all regulations and adheres to consumer safeguard policies exceeding the legal requirements. We strive to surpass our customers’ expectations and continually aim to give our clients the highest level of service possible. We stand behind our work and take pride in operating in the most ethical manner.

I would edit a few thiings if i could, but it looks like Rip off report does not have that functionality. So I will just do what I can to correct a few things.  

 I TESTED MANY AGENCY'S TO SEE HOW ETHICAL THEY ARE AND COVIDA INSURANCE HAS FAILED MISERABLY.EVEN THOUGH THEY APPEAR TO BE PROFESSIONAL, THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF MONEY HUNGRY PIECES OF CRAP. 

ok....calling them money hungry pieces of crap among other things was out of line and sorry for calling you pieces names. you have every right to be money hungry, but i still hold to... an Agent should always evaluate the clients needs first.

 WHETHER YOU ARE HEALTHY OR NOT, THE EMPLOYEES ARE FORCED TO SELL YOU A GARBAGE PRODUCT.

Is the product complete garbage...NO...if you can't get anything else it best to have at least something and it is a good product for doctor visits, RX, and your everyday needs.Also, If you enter a hospital, you want to show them some kind of health insurance...otherwise they are not to happy about not getting any money. 

I TESTED THEM AND TOLD THEM OVER AND OVER THAT I AM HEALTHY AND HAVE NO PRE EXISTING CONDS. THEY STILL WANTED TO PUSH ME INTO A GUARANTEED ISSUE PRODUCT. NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG...A GUARANTEED ISSUE IS OK, IF YOU CANNOT GET ANYTHING ELSE, BUT, IF YOU CAN GET A BETTER POLICY, THEY WON'T INTRODUCE YOU TO IT AND FOR THIS REASON ALONE THEIR ETHICAL STANDARDS ARE DISGUSTINGLY SUBPAR.

I did make a test call...and i did tell them that I am healthy...SO  RIGHT AWAY THE AGENT SHOULD HAVE SHIFTED GEARS AND SOLD ME A BETTER POLICY BASED ON THE INFO THAT I GAVE HIM...so in this case it is not the agencies fault...but the agents. he should have been more on his game. 

A GOOD AGENCY AND AGENT SHOULD ALWAYS PUT THE CLIENT FIRST AND DO WHAT'S BEST FOR THE CUSTOMER NOT WHAT'S BEST FOR THE AGENCY'S PROFITS.

True...nothing more to say.

BOTTOM LINE,  Daniel Touizer (ceo) who make the decisions, is a disgusting little worm of a man along with his side kick, manager...Mark Spies, who are both money hungry, slave driving d*** wads, that only care about money, money, money. I even met some of the  people that work there and they have to put up with these sadistic b******s and be subjected to there mental and emotional whipping on a daily basis. " God Bless the people that work there"

 OK....calling Daniel a disgusting little worm of a man was out of line...and completely out of context.Also calling Mark Spies any names was out of line as well and as i said above i apoligize for that. 

Bottom line.... IF I WERE YOU, FIND ANOTHER AGENCY AND stay away from Covida. This is coming from someone who knows that they do not care about what they sell you!!! THERE ARE TO MANY GOOD AGENCIES OUT THERE. Do not deal with these slimes. 

OK...here is the deal...overall from what i can see Covida is a  good Agency. I just spoke to someone that was a little off there game that day. Otherwise, Covida does have good products. As far as them being slimes...well no one should judge an entire company based on 1 employee.  Overall I am sure that there are many good people that work there. 

REMEMBER, A GOOD AGENT WILL ALWAYS PUT THE CLIENT FIRST.

 This concludes my actual opinion of Covida. To set the record straight, i thought Rip off report would have an edit feature and since they don't, this is how I am making my corrections.
