This company that sells cpanel themes is complete garbage.
1. Unstable license servers (completely locks you out of cpanel, affecting every client on your server and giving an 'invalid license error'
2. Unstable software in general. I have reported so many bugs and they still released their themes with all bugs several weeks after reporting them and confirming the bugs even on their end. Lousy testing.
3. The rudest staff member I have ever dealt with in my life. Just spend hundreds of dollars recently on unlimited license and this guy Bob Shannon responds back to me in my support ticket that I reported a bug INSTALLING this buggy theme, as if I am some deliquent child. He has a demeaning attitude and completely disrespectful, disregarding the large sum of money I just had given to get a good service I expect in return. No, he's nasty instead and unwilling to admit his own software bugs.
Instead of resolving the bugs and the license issue, this Bob Shannon guy is the worst person to deal with. He CLOSED my ticket and did NOT offer a refund for nearly $200.
Stay away from these jerks. No respect, no appreciation, no honesty. No stability
