cps Child Protective Services CPS is harrassing good parents! spokane , Washington

Let me just dive right in and I'll make a very long story short. My Sister is the type of person who will smile as she is twisting the knife in your back. I have tried to be a good brother and have a relationship with her but, each time I do she does something horrible to me. In spring of 2009, she decided she hated my Wife and called CPS on us stateing that our daughter (3 years old at the time) had a speach problem and we were doing nothing about it. So the CPS woman came over with a sidekick (I guess a Trainee) and went through our house. When she got to my Son's closet she gasped and said "Where are all his cloths?" I reached over and thumbed thru the 15 pairs of pants, 12 shirts and endless amounts of underware and socks and said "Well, how much clean cloths does one boy need?" She said nothing and with no expression on her face she turned and went into my Daughters room. When entering my Daughters room, she gasped once again and said "What happened to her bed!" I stated "It's a Toddler bed conversion. There very common." She again sait nothing and with no emotion or experssion raided the rest of the house and sat down with us and said there were allogations of medical neglect due to our daughter having a speach disorder and us not doing anything about it. We were surprised as you could imagine. She insisted that we get her checked out right away. So we agreed and she left. We imediatly schedualed an appointmemt with a local elementry school to get her tested. A week later we went in for the test and our daughter was interviewed and tested for everything from speach and motor skills over the coarse of about a 90 minute time frame after which, they told us her speech was fine but, they thought she could benefit from motor skills training. So, we left and I called the CPS worker. She did not answer any of my calls what so ever. I tried repeatedly for 2 weeks to get a hold of her and hurd nothing. So we figured it was done. A year later... let me repeat 1 full year later, the CPS woman shows up at our door demanding proof that we had her tested. After a year I was going to have to look around for the documents so she left stating that we better have them to her by 5pm period. So we surched and called her with the info. I called her again several times and did not hear form her till 3 days later. When she called she said " I am closeing this case but fileing it under Medical Neglect and handing it over to Law Inforcement! and oh, by they way I know you beat your wife and I will be watching you. I have called everyone and if you miss one appointment or she misses any school for any reason, I will know about it and I will open up an new case right away!" I was blown away. I have never hurt so much as a fly all my life and I invited her to talk with my Wife if she thought otherwise. She stated "Oh, it wouldn't do any good because she is too scared to tell me anything."  I felt like I was in the twilight zone. We are fantastic parents, we go to church, have volentarely gone to all of our churches parenting classes just so we could be the best parents we could be. We don't spank our kids, our kids are very well behaved, we get compliments all the time, we read to our kids and have nearly every Dr. Suess book there is, we take our kids to the park 2 to 3 times a week, we take them to the YMCA 2-3 times a week, we are very involved in their education, they get all there medical needs met, we don't miss any doctor appointments or dentist appointments and the list goes on and on. This CPS woman said that because we waited 2 months to get her into school 4 days after she turnned 4 years old, that she was calling that Medical Neglect. We were never told that we had to or else! We were never told we had no choice as her parents! We were taking her to classes at church and we were doing a home preschool. This CPS woman seems hell bent to hang us and there is nothing we can do. We have a court date and we are fighting this but, it sure has taken a lot of wasted time and energy from us that we would rather be spending with our kids. I should have invited the CPS worker to one of the 6 camping trips we went on so far this summer as a family. They were a blast and we had fantastic quality time with our kids! I am convinced there is no one on earth that loves there kids more, or does more for them then we do. The harrasement by CPS to us has been appolong! And this torture is going on and on. By the time we are done we will have been at this for 2 years! I can't afford an attorney so if anyone has any ideas please send me an e-mail. My e-mail adress is (((REDACTED))) .
