If your looking to get your CDL license its a good place to start but after that get it and run! Dont walk away just get out! We have done it all, School, Team, Leased and Trained, and its all the same RIPOFF! 

It all started when Horizon decided to lease us a Truck that had been Rolled Over at 20 thousand miles in a 2012 Freight liner Cascadia. The truck needed work before leaving the yard and the one thing that that burned me was Horizon blamed CR England for not telling them the 24000.00$ rollover repair was not listed in the Maintenance logs; this is ILLEGAL people! Like good soldiers and Undeterred with the promise from the Maintenance Manager at Burns Harbor that any repairs would be taken care of we decided to carry on, because we already signed our lease before we found out!

Well you can only imagine the maintenance costs that came in the next 15 months. Yes a lot was covered under warranted and a lot wasn't which we paid for out of our accounts taken out of our settlements. To add insult to injury my Driver Manager Eric Wright (8019775750) blamed bad load assignments on his Planners and Manager RAY. To send a good team on loads hundreds of miles out of route for loads that have already been picked up, Loads that multiple drivers are competing for in the same company, And loads that are cancelled upon arrival! That was the final straw, its the planner that makes or breaks your business, not the driver! Coupled with the fact that they tell you where to go when to do it and god forbid you want to take a rest. Horizon, Equinox and CR England work to control you and your money and offer little help when your down and they are only too happy to say you have abandoned your truck even if you deliver it to a yard.

I've even tried training and the student they gave me should have never been in a Tractor Trailer due to the medication he was suppose to be taking, no wonder CRE is having 1 to 3 rollovers a week, good luck with your safety rating! Good luck with the driver mill training mentality. I was never so happy to get my wife back on the truck again! If this is not enough to deter you you haven't heard the whole story and its ugly, and its nothing but a waste of your time.
