Veey rude and they give you NOTHING. WILL NOT describe how to download the software. Talk to customers like they are a child. No manners and very arrogant. NO REFUNDS....Here is what the a*****e Matt sent me in an email. See for yourself
You
have wasted more than enough of my time. You have not done the telephone
verification, register the yahoo account as you were asked. There are
NO REFUNDS, so do what your told. Im going out of the office, if your
not done this simple task, it will need to be approved later in the day.
Enough emails, read the instructions, I can see you have not done the
telephone verification. I can see you have installed the software, QUIT
wasting my time.

Very rude and they give you NOTHING. WILL NOT describe how to download
the software. Talk to customers like they are a child. No manners and
very arrogant. NO REFUNDS....Here is what the a*****e Matt sent me in
an email. See for yourself. This is an email I got from MATT working Support that day.

UPDATE: The next day, Andy of Support contacted me and was very polite, helpful and got everything going for me. he said Matt normally works in Collections and is used to everyone he talks to lieing to him. Anyway, ANDY saved the day and I need to give credit where credit is due.
As long as Matt is working for them, I cannot give them any recommendation as a company anyone would want to deal with. There is no excuse for anyone in customer support talking to PAID customers in that manner. As a smart move that should fire him OR NEVER let him communicate in any way with a customer ever again. Yeah, Andy!!!
