A few months ago i had called in to Credit Alliance Group and i spoke to a gentlemen named Shane Garner i think. I am not sure of the spelling but that sounds right. It is a debt Management company and i was thinking of going with them and had found them through there website. When I spoke to the Shane Garner he was very rude and crass towards me. He was extremely un professional. He acted like i did not matter and that i was just a pay check to him. He made me feel small and stupid and felt like driving to Dallas to meet him.

He is probably a very ugly little man who has nothing better to do with his life but make others bad.

I will never do business with Shane Garner or Credit Alliance Group in my life time and will always spread the word to all that i can to stay away form them. They seemed like a little mom and pop type place by the way the were on the phone. No upper management or guide lines to follow. Kinda scary that these things just pop up. Anyways. Be careful and watch out for that name. Shane Garner and Credit Alliance Group.

Shane Garner is a Criminal

I paid in over $11,000 over 3 years to this company and got nothing in return.  Their latest email stated,  We no longer provide Credit Releif Services.  Well I have been cheated, defrauded, and dupped.  Their MO,  Stall and hope you can not pay them the month amount so they can say you defaulted on your contract,  then stall until you have paid the entire amount,  then tell you they no longer provide that service and they keep your money. The Texas Attorney General will be glad to record your complaint but will not try to get your money back or press charges against the company.  The only recourse you had, is to get an attorney to try to get some of your money back,  They are betting on you not doing that because after Attorney fees you will not be getting much.  Shane Garner is the CEO, and Mary Schnickel is the "Incompetent Account Rep",  they are criminals and should be avoided.  Please take my advice and do not use any of these Debt relief Companies either on-line or not.

To Credit Alliance Group:

Its hard to describe the amazing feeling I experienced when on July 6th, 2009 I got an E-mail from Client Relations at Credit Alliance Group saying in bold letters that I had completed the program. My last account had been settled amazing.

I signed my contract with CreditAllianceGroup on May 31, 2006. The representative estimated that it would take three years to work through the program and he was right. I feel stronger, I feel lighter, I even feel taller hard to describe the exactly how I feel great, Id say My deepest thanks to everyone at CAG. Your service was utterly professional, always responsive and personal. I cant say that it was easy, but with you shepherding me through a complex and stressful process, I always felt that it was the right thing to do.

To everyone enrolled in the program, I say, stick with it. To those thinking of enrolling, I say, do it! It works.

This company is a joke. They take your money and ruin your credit. Only a deaf man would think that sounds good. I'm an ex-user of CAG. My credit was not too bad when I enrolled, I was trying more to make a little quicker progress as I have a baby on the way. I ignored my creditors like they said. I did everything they said to be sure it worked. Two months later they leave a voicemail that says they never recieved my creditor information. That's right. I've been ignoring my creditors for two months and CAG hasn't contacted them once yet. Needless to say my credit is pretty tarnished from this whole thing because it's taking another two months just to get back on track. Oh yeah, when you enroll they don't call you anymore. If they want to talk to you they send you an email with their phone number that says. "if you want to settle your debts for 60% call now" All they use is template emails. Apparently that was there way of saying hey we aren't talking to your creditors.

You can do it all yourself. I told CAG to F-off. I had all my debts on the road to recovery within one week of leaving CAG. I even settled one account on 40 cents on the dollar.

Thanks to your wonderful program, my wife and I have become debt free in a shorter amount of time than we thought we could. I think you saved our marriage. How can I ever thank you for the wonderful job you have done? Being in debt is truly the worst thing I have experienced. Kudos to CreditAllianceGroup You guys are fabulous! Thank-you for getting those d**n creditors off my back They really made me want to curse! After enrolling in your program, all I had to do was make sure I made my monthly payment. Could it get any easier than that? Just knowing that you were talking to my creditors every month as well as talking to me allowed me to go on and have a life again. Everyone that I have spoken to at CreditAllianceGroup was so knowledgeable and friendly, it just put me at ease. My phone calls and e mails were always answered promptly.

The employees at Credit Alliance Group are proud to be affiliated with this company and its owner. Our mission is to assist our clients to regain a debt free lifestyle. We provide excellent customer service and have great testimonials to this fact. I'm sorry that our valued clients may read these comments from a disgruntled employee that was recently fired for NOT following company policy. This ex-employee, whether it be Roger/Bryan of San Diego, Justin/Susan of Memphis or Justin/Justin of Columbus or is it Memphis, whichever name this person wants to use, has created each complaint, which has been traced back to a location in Dallas, Texas and not these listed cities.
