To the collection Department of Credit Control Service:
This has reference to the letter dated 06/30/2008 file number 05 0316 07756 - AO2-258-632908-708 in an attempt to collect a balance due debt, which your office stated for Liberty Insurance co. I Mafett Boykin are not in receipt of any contract or did I ever sign a contract with Liberty Mutual insurance for Auto Insurance. However, I did received a quotation from a representative Of Liberty Mutual Insurance via the telephone, telling me that he could give me a better deal that Allstate Insurance which i am currently insured by for the past thirty (30) years.

The quotation was sent to me via the Internet. I immediately call the respresentative and told him that the quotation was not acceptable. and that I was not going to do business with him period.

At that point the representative continued to sent me information as if I was in agreement with accepting the deal. subsequently, approximately a month he sent my bank a statement saying the they had cancel the contract. Which was news to me. I am putting you on notice that am disputing the validity of this debt in its entiretly and any portion thereof.
I am looking forward to your anticipating and cooperation in this matter.
