First of all let me say, that it is very difficult to understand the phone representatives. They do no speak english very well. The supervisors also struggle to speak english. This makes communication with them quite difficult. Furthermore, they are not interested in working out any form of debt restructuring or settlement. I called the phone number listed on their invoice in order to get credit counseling services and found out that credit one bank does not work with credit counseling services. Furthermore, when you want to speak with a supervisor you are put on hold for hours at a time. I am currently trying to find a credit counseling services that will take my case. I am also considering filing a class action lawsuit against this "bank" due to their predatory lending practices and their false claim that they provide or cooperate with credit counseling services, as listed on their invoice.
If you are interested in joining me on a class action lawsuit then please respond.
