I received a unsolicited credit card from Credit One Bank. I never activated the card. I have never used the card. This morning someone called my house and demanded a payment. This woman was very rude. How could someone owe a balance when the card has never been activated or used? I tried to call all of the numbers listed on the card to report the woman and inform the comany that the card was going to be cut in half. There is not a option at any number on the card that allows one to talk with a person. I wish to state again that this card was not solicited by me and I do not want it and I do not owe this company any money.

Did you contact them when you received the card to inform them that you never requested it? How much time elapsed from the date you received the card to the date you were called by their customer service department? Did you receive a bill prior to the phone call?
