won't help you with your account

keep putting you on hold "while their system updates" (hoping you hang up)

don't care if you close your account

just RUDE and horrible to deal with

i do pay my bills

i do pay my bills and i did pay this off while i was on the phone with them and closed it

my problem was HOW RUDE they were

i still had the paperwork saying "no annual fee" but they charged me $75 anyway

did you see anything in my post where i said I wouldn't/didn't pay my bill ???? NO

What kind of "help" do you want?  Oh I know, you want them to let you get away without paying them. 

Oh yes, they are "rude" too!  Golly, maybe you should pay your bills ON TIME and you won't need to even talk to them!  Isn't that a revolutionary idea!
