I applied online for a loan and noticed that £14.99 was coming out of my account quite frequently thinking it was just a one off payment. I am a single mother and can't afford to lose this amount of money and feel I have been ripped off. I wouldn't wish this on anyone else and hope you can help me by refunding me back my money.
