I am in tears as I type this! This company is the BIGGEST rip off. I have not a clue as to how they are still functioning legally scamming people! I signed up with CreditRepair.com in February 2013. They promise that they produce finishing results within 4 months. I was told that in my and my husbands case that we should be out of the program by July. Well it's July. I've had 2 items removed and my husband 1 item removed. I called July 3rd and asked to speak with a manager. As per the usual, one was not available to speak with me, I was told one will call me bac within 24 hours (they were working July 4th) no one called. I made sure to tell "John" that I did not want to be charged until I spoke with a supervisor and was told my account would be put in a postponed state until then. What happens next? I get $180 drafted from my bank account 3 days later!!!! This company tries to retain its customers by prolonging the process. They had me paying $89.95 x 2 for 6 months to remove 2 items!!!!! I call and they read from a script answering questions that I hadn't asked. They give you the run around in regards to escalating reported items. They tell you they cant dispute more than a thrid of your items as per regulation. I called all 3 credit reporting agencies and they all said that was not true. My husbands credit score had not changed since signing up in Feb. yet it says the score was updated in June 2013! When I asked about this...no one can tell me as to why I was being lied to! I hope and pray Karma visits creditrepair.com soon for stealing peoples hard earned money for a service they do not provide. Shame on them.
