So I placed an order to get an instant download of a program offered online, my credit card was charged immediately but the download was never provided, not a link, not an email, nothing, a week later, still nothing, so i requested my money back and the owner of the company who calls herself a lawyer (scumbag if you ask me) replied an email, sarcastically, not an apology, definitely customer service sucks, that business suck, still today,another week later no refund.

This is 100% absolutely untrue and defamatory. We have the paper trail to prove it.
She was PROMPTLY refunded the purchase price of $97 on July 10, 2013. I can easily document that.
In addition, I have a screen shot from the vendor of the product showing the UNOPENED email instructions sent to her email address on July 8.
That email message provided her with instant access to the product, including her login name and password. (Any login attempts will be documented as legal evidence.)
We tried to make this right. Nonetheless, this customer was dissatisfied, so we immediately refunded her purchase price of $97.
By the way, slander and libel are NOT protected as free speech.
