I BOUGHT A PHONE FROM CRICKET WIRELESS' WEBSITE VIA CREDIT CARD AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. I CONFIRMED THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THAT ON JULY 1ST 2011 AND THE NEXT DAY IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED, SO, I CHECKED THE WEBSITE AND IT SAID IT WAS EN-ROUTE TO ME. I FIGURED THERE MAY BE SOME DELAYS POSSIBLY BECAUSE OF 4TH OF JULY, BUT THOUGHT IT WOULD BE VERY UNLIKELY FOR THEM TO USE THAT AS AN EXCUSE,

SO I WAITED TIL AFTER 4TH OF JULY TO INQUIRE ABOUT IT AND FOUND OUT MY ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED AND THAT THEY HAD CHARGED ANOTHER 105.00 ON MY ACCOUNT AND SAID THAT IF I DO NOT PAY IT THAT THEY CANNOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY MISSING PHONE. I DID NOT PAY IT. INSTEAD I DID A LITTLE RESEARCH AND FOUND SOME OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS THAT MAY NOT BE AUTOMATED AND WOULD MAYBE GIVE UP SOME ANSWERS SO I CALLED AND YES THEY WERE AUTOMATED AS WELL AND WOULD'NT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ABOUT IT UNTIL I AUTHORIZE THEM TO TAKE ANOTHER 105.00 FROM MY CARD. SO NOW I'M STUCK AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!

My name is Wyeth and I am a research intern for Shabel&Denittis law firm (a class action law suit firm). I am currently doing research on Cricket Wireless and their inherent ability to over-charge and mistreat people. I am looking for a client to represent in a possible suit against Cricket. Cricket still hasnt contacted me in regards to an explanation of the charges of $105.00 (when there should not be any charges until I receive my phone and its turned on by cricket) NOTE: That I had gotten to the bottem of the cricket phones none delivery, as it turns out, an angry property manager at Verona Gardens Apartments, had torn the notice down from my mailbox 2 times and today was the 3rd i caught him doing that I guess I am going to have to file a report on him. And as for Cricket Wireless, I have yet to hear from them, in regards to my balance so I e-mailed them some more. Guess I'll have to keep doing so until I get a response from them, or decide to just pay it and be done with it.
