Cross country bank does not want to help you build good creidt but destroy your credit I can't get them off my back, I've make payment to them but I can't get out of the hole they just lie to you and the fees keep adding up. Everything that you have heard
has happened to me

Refusing to close the account upon the consumer's request, falsely telling consumers that they may not close their accounts, or misrepresenting the payoff amounts necessary to close their accounts. so that Cross Country can continue to charge fees to the consumers's account.

Cross Country actually took an unauthorizes payment from my checking account using the numbers on my checking from my computer payments to initiate an immediate electronic withdrawal "that should be against the Law"

I don't know what to do they have my credit all messed up can you help me Please
