Cross Country Bank Applied Card Systems have harassed me anywhere from 7;30am to 10pm used profane language told me "it's not my g** d*** fault you're irresponsible" Boca Raton Florida

I'm not even sure where to begin, But I'm hoping someone can contact me from your agency. Briefly, my wife and I joined a Credit Counseling Service which has taken care of all our other Creditors (all of which have been so cooperative, except of course Cross Country Bank). They have continuously harassed us by phone, calling anywhere from 7:30am to 10pm, (although the phone calls have recently minimized) email and mail (including phoney post cards and letters claiming we can win a trip simply by sending in a a payment)

There is so much to tell you regarding this situation, I'm not even going to attempt to write this all now. But bottom line, my wife sent them a 2 page letter regarding their representatives which have called my job (it almost cost me my job and my boss is ready to press charges against them). They have used profane language with her twice, yelled at her and claimed it's not their fault that we are irresponsible. Yes, we do still have a copy of this letter which was sent via certified mail. Our credit counseling service has sent a proposal to them several times including a check for the proposed amount.

They have, of course, accepted the payment but denied the proposal because each time they receive a new proposal a new charge is added on so the amount sent is now being denied for 3 or 4 dollars. Of course this will never be settled because they keep adding on more and more charges.

We really don't know what to do anymore. They recently sent us a letter claiming that we have not attempted to make good on this, but it's not true, our credit counseling service has all the proof. My wife is sick over this. We are good hard working people trying to resolve this but they just won't give us a chance and we're still being harassed
