I WAS LAID OFF LAST YEAR AND FOR ONE MONTH AND ONE WEEK. I FILED WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT IS TAKING MONEY OUT OF NY ACCOUNT, ALONG WITH MY BILLING EACH MONTH. WELL THE INSURANCE KEPT PLAYING GAMES SAYING THEY NEED ME TO FAX MY PAPER WORK AND I HAVE DONE THAT SEVEN TIMES. THEY CLAIM THEY NEVER RECIEVE THIS INFORMATION. THEY DID NOT EVEN WANT TO TALK TO ME. THEN ABOUT MID FALL I GOT A CALL STATING THAT THEY COULD MAKE A DEAL WITH ME AND WOULD STOP THE CHARGES RIGHT AWAY. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. I KEPT MY BILL UP AND THEY WOULD STILL CHARGE ME LATE CHARGES. MY TOTAL AMOUNT WAS 250.00 AND I ONLY USED IT TWICE, AND NOW THE BILLS IS OVER EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS.
