Crystal Creek Dental Dr. Jean Sanders, Vinh Nguyen, Roy Bloom, Levy T. Do, An Q. Le ROTTEN MOUTH-Bad Teeth Day! Plano Texas

This is a TRUE STORY:

  I visited Crystal Creek Dental for a minor filling on my lower front tooth which needed replaced due to the orginal one fell out.. The dentist (Dr. Do) told me at the time of the visit (March 2016) not to worry about the filling that it wasn't necessary at that time to have it filled, but rather work on some other teeth that needed more attention. He stated that I needed to have a crown replaced on my upper front tooth and that when I come back for the final fit and adjustment on the perminant  crown he would then fill the lower tooth at the same time.. I went ahead and took his advice and got the crown, when I returned to have the perminant one installed he said that we should work on another tooth because it needed a crown too! I asked him to fill the lower front tooth and he said he will get it when I return in a month, that he was backed up with other patients and didn't have time and not to worry about it.. I "AGAIN" agreed with him..

  When I returned to get work done on another crown he STILL didn't fill the lower tooth, I then set an appointment for the orginal lower tooth to be filled, when i returned to have it done I didn't see Dr. Do but saw another doctor named Jean Sanders DDS. She looked at my teeth, took an xray, and then stated :IT"S TOO LATE TO FILL THE TOOTH--YOU NEED A ROOT CANEL AND CROWN--And your upper eye tooth will also need a crown, the cost of these teeth will be $6,500.00.. I was furious and very upset, because the main reason I went to this CRYSTAL CREEK DENTAL Office is to get a FILLING ONLY! All I WANTED WAS MY TOOTH FILLED where the FILLING FELL OUT!  From them "CONNING ME" into all this other work INSTEAD of doing what I asked, they "CLAIMED" I now need a Root Canel!!! 

  One week later I went to another dental office for a second opinion and this is what they had to say:

  Your lower tooth is fine, it will take less then 30 minutes to fill it at $135.00 charge.. The dentist office that said you needed all this work was wrong and where "FISHING" For Business--Meaning Conning and Lieing to get you to spend money with them for no reason what so ever!  He basically said they ARE CROOKS! 

  IN CONCLUSION:

  Be vary aware of the stipulations and reponces these people give you. Get a second opinion on any and all dental work you need before letting Crystal Creek Dental of Plano Tx. do any work on you. If you DON"T HAVE INSURANCE, be prepared to pay VERY HIGH PRICES, and if you Visit their website DON"T BELIEVE Everything you READ on there about all the 5 Star Reviews.. Dig Deeper into checking them out on Google Reviews, Facebook, and Yelp before thinking about taking your business to the Dental Office.. Websites always look GREAT when your searching for a place to have good service, anybody can make a GREAT WEBSITE--so don't be fooled,, these people are RIPOFF's and need to be Publisized As So!!! BEWARE--YOU've BEEN WARNED!
