While the owner Steven Kenneth Louie of Curb Appeal CCB# 203543 is serving a sentence at Washington Courty Jail, Buffy St Marie Campbell (akaTina Marie Gois) uses his license and bond to practicing as a contractor.

After she took my money for the construction job, she left and abandoned the job.

Marie Campbell has been practicing without license for more than a decade now. She is even featured as a con artist in Kiro News Channel at Seattle. kirotv.com/news/news/unlicensed-contractor-draws-attention-of-li/nDRGn/

 If you google her name and many of her aliases, you will find a few dozens report of her practicing without license, she took the money and abandoned the jobs.
