Property at Forest Hills Subdivision, that is being managed by Curtiss Property Management, has not and will not comply to HOA CC&R's.. Has been contacted by myself, Rick L. Young President of Forest Hills HOA. Had to hire an attorny to follow up and write letters to Curtiss PM. Would not call attorney back, now moving on to lawsuit. Grass clipping, weeds, garbage, etc in back yard and leaves and weeds in front yard. Thanks Rick L. Young President of Forest Hills HOA

Dear, Mr. President of the HOA. Grass clipping, weeds, garbage, etc in back yard and leaves and weeds in front yard. Really? I can't believe it. I hope you really sock it to him for this funny business.
