to whom it may concern-                                                                                                                                                                           

 Custom climate concepts is a very deceptive company to be working for and get service done with. First, as a former employee,  i have learned that two of the sons open up start up a/c companies for short periods of time for mearly profit, only to turn around and give up their customers, because they don't want to deal with the PMA's(preventative maintainence aggrements), so they "sell" the company, aka customers, to Custom Climate Concept, and then start another company such as "Quick Air", to do the whole cycle again.

 Also as a recent employee of theirs found out that they are cutting their appointment setting employees out of their fair share of profits due to bad lead management(  disconnected/wrong numbers or moved away), PMA's and useless incentives that are unrealistic.

 Further more their focus there is parts and labor, not their employees, which to me means BAD BUSINESS!
