We called back on 11/9 were told that until the order was placed on line we could not verify it. It was placed on line on 11/10. The order was tripled. They are not open on the weekends and you have to contact again by phone.
Contacted three times now. 1. told us that the order was shipped on 11/12 2. talked with supervisor, was told again that order was shipped on 11/12 3. Called back for shipping information, FedEx is the shipper they use, this representative said that they had no shipping yet as the order was just shipped on 11/13.
Online order still shows IN PROCESS as of 11:48 AM EST 11/13 - all calls were made prior to this time
The only way to get our money back is to wait for 10 days for delivery, then return 10-14 days, then wait until they process 10 days - 6 weeks that they will be using our money.
