vector is a scam and total rip off this is my experience with them.
i went for an iterview and all through the interview i was discriminated against because of my age, the manager of the company that interviewed us on oct 1.2009
said that we would get a base pay of 13.00 an hr thats not true at all it is by appts only plus you have to buy a knife set for 564.00 to even get started . all through the interview he kept saying we dont want older people to work for us we only want younger college kids because older people are set in their own ways and will not be good candiadates for their company, you would think he would have told me this before i sat down for a long drawn out interview as he snarled his nose at me wth his disgusting body language because i am 42 not 22 , he kept stressing that college kids are all they want because they are young, i fianally got up and left because of the abuse i took over my age . I do think there is a law against this , I spoke out once and said both young and old people need a chance age should not matter he then overlooked me as if i was a high school flunkie in my 40s treating me like total worthless and useless material as if i was washed up and not good for society , treated me as if i should go to a nursing home rather than apply for a job, my complaint is this my age shouldnt matter to him and may i add he was no spring chicken himself he looked to be middle age to me , if he wasnt he needs to look in the mirror he has abslolutely no right speaking out against my age like that ,to beat it all he thought he could do this in front of a group of young ppl forcing me to leave and i did! i am glad i did because no one buys a job . they are looking for money and not to buy into things in which he should have told us that to begin with , complete rip off, now that ive read other reports on this company word of mouth is the best way to go , even as he siad himself , well my words are not good and i know alot of ppl , i will never recommend anythng they offer to anyone mainly because he discrimianted against my age and abuse me mentally during the interview. i am currently myself enrolled in college and never has anyone treated me as if i am to old to better myself even the younger people are nice to me in this case i feel bad for younger ppl they fall for this kind od scam thinking they will get ahead, ive been young before i am glad i never fell for this kind of crap, even when i was young i wouldnt "buy a job" , this man was very unprofessional and a liar completely , I do plan to file more complaints han this my age should not have been a problem , manily too is that i should have been told the truth about the pay to begine with , they put base pay in the adds or 13.00 an hr , in which that is a total and misleading lie , they should be sued for this kind of behavior by the way i do plan to tell the college kiids about this scam in which they try and recruit them for a scam my opinion does matter even though i am 42
