How?

AUTHOR: Tyg - ()

How exactly are you going to sue them? They are following the law when it comes to narcotic pills. When you went there, did you ask the pharmacist of the business you were frequenting before to call ahead and TRANSFER your perscription to the new location?? Im betting you DID NOT. So go ahead a try and sue, once your done paying all those legal fees youre going to need those pills.

As of 2010 they have been cracking down on "pillmilling". Thats where someone goes to different doctors and gets different perscriptions and fills them at different pharmacies. This was to combat the growing trend of pill abuse. Many ppl have been arrested because they did not know there is a process. Before you end up embarassing yourself with a friviolous lawsuit and potentially thousands and thousands of dollars in opposing counsels legal fees, call the old pharmacy and find out what you need to do to keep this from happening to you again. Just because a doctor has perscribed this to you, doesnt mean its NOT a drug or controlled substance. They must follow the law or risk getting put out of business by the govt. Trust me, they would rather deny you your pills then risk a business closure.
