The customer service at cyberpowerpc.com is positively the worst experience of my life. They are not interested in helping you.
Do alot of research and you will see this as a constant theme.- DO not read the reviews ontheir website- they purge most of the negatives and eliminate the ability to post negative posts on their forums.
They do have some negative posts-but they will limit those- cause they deleted mine.
The positvie posts are probably half falsified...
Fo=ind other sites- i found plenty with reviews on the customer service as bad as my experience
The tech service is virtually useless. The phone rings and rings and goes through an endless loop that does not connect to a live person or a voicemail.. SOmehow on soe doys it does go to voiceail and you will not recive a call back... If you happen to get a call back it qwill be several days later.
It takes them approximately 3-15 days to repsond to an email.
I have had a problem with my computer not for 6 months and they refuse to tell me if they are going to fix it or not.. At this point they do not even respond at all to me.
I have resigned to getting my computer fixed locally at my expense. (which would be the same given that I have to pay to send it back to them)
I do not recommend to anyone for any reason to use these people.
Finda local guy opr shop and deal withnhtem directly. That way you have some recourse and leverage.
See.... These examples are what to expect from their "customer service"
They will be slow responding if at all. And fully expect to get ignored....
