This website is a joke and I am shocked that they have a good better Business Bureau rating.  After ordering a desk and going through two months of hell, I looked up reviews and comments about the company (something I should have done before ordering) and about 99% of Cymax reviews are negative.  I ordered a desk and on April 4th I received an email that stated that it had shipped.  But after waiting about two weeks nothing arrived.  I called and finally spoke with a rep who couldn't figure out anything about the order.  I called again and found out it was on "Backorder" and should ship soon (no email correspondence regarding this).  A few weeks later on May 17th I called again and was told the order was cancelled (not my request).  The phone rep said a refund should be expected in 7-10 days.  It is now May 31st and still no refund.  I phoned this morning and the first rep was extremely rude, the second rep told me that the manufacture cancelled the order but never sent a cancellation to the accounting office.  So now I have to wait longer for a refund if it actually happens at all. Who would have thought ordering a simple office desk could turn into so much aggravation.  I've never seen a furniture company just let orders fall into limbo like this and not want to keep a customer satisfied.
