Cynthia Barewolf, Gheorghiu, Carolin Gohlish Cynthia is using her sister name in fraud to get comcast turn on yesterday I got a call from collections I then in return called comcast on the account number that was in my name I learn that she tran Ada, Michigan

Yesterday I learn that the cable that is at 124 Carl Dr. was transfered out of my name without any knowledge of it with a outstanding balance.  I had to take the bill down to 36th in Grand Rapids Mi.  So prove I had a account the person that switch the name is a conartist and her name is Cynthia Barewolf (Gheorghiu) and she transfered the account into her sisters name Carolin Gohlish which is in a nursing home (assisted Living) how do I know this I was friends with Cynthia and I went to meeting with her at the nursing home when they wanted her out of Laurels of Kent I also when to the meeting with her to where she is located now in Grand Rapids. Her sister is a heavy girl pushing probably 300 lbs Cynthia is smaller half her size. Carolin has mental issues Cynthia is a care giver to her that is it.  I use to work for her husband Mihial Gheorghiu when they were seperated we needed internet so I was kind enough to put it in my name then when he took her back this is when there was a problem with paying the bill. 

I called comcast several time told them it was not to be turned back on unless the bill was paid in full and she was still able to have it turn back on through the automative service for the past due amount because she knows my last 4 numbers of my SS # Then I was at there house and they got into a arragument and she called the police to try to have her husband arrested which back fired and they made her leave the house but they had to go to court he had to let her back in and she wanted her husband to pay it and turn it back on he refuses so she did what she has been talking about for a while now she manage to switch it over into her twin sisters name I think that is fraud.  I think when someone goes to switch the account out of a person name the name the account is in should be notified first and the outstanding balance should be paid for before any account is switched over.  I think you should also ask to speak to the person that the accounts name is going into and ask for ID also before installing or switching names on accounts.  Cynthia SS # 384-xx-xxxx birthday is 11-xx-19xx (((REDACTED))) they are not idential twins either.  Cytnthia is a conartist and she needs to be stopped she not only committing fraud with you guys but also with welfare and the IRS which they are getting letters from me also.
