Cysco Martinez was referred to me in the desert to handle some electrical and lighting repairs for our association in the desert- he recommended a man name Miguel Benetez who came to my home.
He rippped me off- he claimed to repair a bunch of outside lighting and it worked temporily and then never worked
he repainted a bunch of malibu lights and never sealed them- the paint is chipping off.
he took a bunch of lights i purchased- he is a thief and a liar and his boss will do nothiing to help me
i have paid him over 2,000 dollars
and never came back to fix any of the outside lights-or repair any of the work- he promised
to do
i texted him recently and he thought I was someone else then never showed up-
he fixed a fan insdie a house and it does not work either.
most of the lights won't work.
he installed a new panel in my home and the outlets in some of the rooms dont work
he claimed to be licensed under Cisco (Cysco- not sure how to spell) Martinez
do not hire either of these people
Mr. Miguel Benetez demanded i pay him one saturday and brought his wife and young son to my house and i was nice enought to pay him as he said he would return and fix everythign all day the next day.
he never showed up- and has repeatedly said he would repair the outside lights and electrical panel that never worked in the house- he also made a hole in the wall from the outside that he never repaired.
he is a con artist-and his boss Mr. Cysco or could be Cisco Martinez will not come over and make the repairs.
