I was billed for a voicemail service I did not order. The setup fee appeared on my ATT Telephone Bill under the name The Billing Resource. This company got my information from Dadata when I took an online survey. The ATT person I talked to could only give me the source which was a grocery coupon offer and name Dadata. All other information was blocked. I find it very suspicious that ATT would not have access to more information if they accept billing requests from an outside source.

After checking online, I discovered that Dadata, OAN Services, USA VOICEMAIL and The Billing Resource are all tied together. They have complaints going back to 2004 under all of those names. Further checking revealed that The Billing Resource is part of Integretel or the other way around. I was transferred to another number by Margie at The Billing Source. When that number answered, it was Margie again. She gave me the number of 877 705-3098 and another company name, Digital Network Corporation. The address is 3665 East Bay Drive, #204-215, Largo Florida 33771. I have yet to check the complaint history for Integretel, but I bet it is similar.

Beware of online survey offers. You won't get any money or discounts. You will get ripped off in many unexpected ways.
