This is a case of retaliation from an old friend and tenant I had to evict due to him showing hostel behavior on 2 occasions around my son. The first time in which he became drunk and started throwing things around in the room I was renting to him and then vomiting all over the floor in which he was advised to cleaned as soon as possible. I chose to forgive this behavior only due to him dealing with issues with a break-up he was dealing with over the holidays. My son and I choose to give him another chance only to again have to deal with his hostel behavior over a dispute about abusing utilities. In the agreement the rent could increase due to over usage. David was told at the very start upon living with my son and I any hostel behavior could and would lead to you being issued a writen letter that you would vacate the premises having 30 days to leave.
