Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Took money up front never completed work, and work that was done was crap. I sued and won in court but he has all his assets hidden in other names can't collect, so it was a waist of time and money to sue. He is currently on parole in Rockwall, if you can find a criminal violation he can be sent back to jail. This is his mode of operation take money and leave, stay away from this guy. Somebody needs to take out a full page ad in rockwall and rowelett advertising this scam. I did talk to his parole officer after law suit and he said it was civil not criminal so couldn't do anything to help.

He is still ripping folks off. Trying to help my parents and uncle, that have lost thousands. It is sad to see how many stories about one conman for so many years. His website work has some stock photos too. A solid-surface company has a copyrighted photo(states on the website). Total Concept Builders LLC took the same picture and claimed it as their work. Why lie and con innocent people about your work?

We had a wood fence constructed by Dale/Legend in November. We are very happy and satisfied with the work he did. He does quality work. He and his crew were 100% professional during the entire process. He was referred to us by our neighbors, who were likewise thrilled with their fence and his workmanship. He has many years of experience and uses only the best in materials. We love our fence!
