Here is the email chain of this train wreck of a deal that I am in the midst of. I purchased a truck, signed all documents. I brought the financing now they are trying to railroad me into bringing $800 and using their financing so they can make more money and will not return my calls.Mr. Weinzapsel:

Mr. Weinzapsel:My name is XXXXX and I recently purchased a used 2010 Dodge Ram from the dealership on September 1, 2015. I brought in financing from an outside source along with all the documents needed to complete the transaction. By the time we were done, the dealership could not contact the finance company because they were closed. I came back the next day to sign the documents. At this time I found out the lender was charging roughly $1,000 to your dealership as what I assume is a referral fee or a fee to get the rate I was getting. The sales manager said we could add it to the cost of the vehicle, which I was okay with since I felt like the price was fair and the truck was in great shape. The cost was added as an "option" because the price could not be increased. No problem. I went to the business manager, Tommy Lee, and signed all of the necessary loan paperwork and anything else I need to sign. I would like to tell you Tommy Lee is one of most condescending people I have ever met and all but called me an idiot for not taking an extended warranty and not going with a loan that he found with a year shorter term and a $50 a month payment. After having a "discussion" for a bit, all of the paperwork was signed and I drove home. Last week on September 10th I received a call from Chaz Taylor, the salesman, stating you had found a "better deal" and I needed to come down to sign new paperwork. I was supposed to come out in Friday the 11th, but got stuck at work late and was in Beaumont over the weekend. I received an email from Chaz today stating:Hey XXXXXX, I thought you were gonna come down to the store and re sign your paper work. my boss keeps asking me about this and I am worried he's gonna fire me because your driving around this vehicle and your deal still isn't finalized. Can you please contact me or come down to the store today please. Thank you.

I signed all my paperwork, you guys have decided you want to get a better deal for you guys that may or may not benefit me. I had to work late on Friday and was in Beaumont over the weekend. I'd like to see the deal before I get out there. So now I find it is not a "better deal," but a ruse to get me to come down and sign additional paperwork changing the structure of my loan. Tommy Lee called back at 6:34 PM and left me a message stating the fee from the finance company went up and I needed to come resign documents, essentially raising what I paid and what I was told (which I signed) the out the door price would be. I signed all the paperwork. I signed all the gap insurance info, etc. It was done. I called the finance company and asked about the fee and it is $300 + less than what Mr. Lee is telling me. I do not know what is correct and I do not trust anybody at the dealership to tell me what is correct at this point. If I may ask, I am requesting you (or somebody reporting to you) take a look at the transaction and tell me what is going on. Second, I do not want to talk to or deal with Mr. Lee at all. He is everything I hate about buying a car and what I think of when I think sleazy used car person. I do not think that they would be calling me to resign documents if it was an "error" that resulted in a benefit to the dealership. I am not sure who or what to believe at this point and it illustrates why I drove my previous vehicle for 13 years until it fell apart. No payment was nice, but that is how much I hate buying new cars because it always ends up in a situation like this where I feel like I am getting the short end of the stick.I apologize for venting, but I ask that you please take a look at it and let me know what you find out.Thank you,

It does sound like spot delivery based on your post.
Contact the CFPB (www.consumerfinance.gov) and file a complaint. Also contact your lender and find out if they have funded the deal yet. Something seems very fishy with the dealership wanting to change contracts again. The CFPB has teeth and will get to the bottom of this right away.
