Trying to setup 2 phone accounts was gruelling. it took 2 hours in the store. when we got home one of the phones did't work. after 2 more hours on the phone with cust serv we discovered that the sim # was entered wrong. this was supposedly fixed. the next day when the phone number was to transfer both the old and the new phones were disconnected. hours were spent on the hone with customer service. each time they submitted a service order, i was told it would take 24 hours. i went to the store 4 times and was told that they have nothing to do with family mobile customer service and there was nothing they could do. this phone was my business line and i was out of business for 3 days. what a disaster, now i have received a bill from them for 14.86. i have spent another couple of hours on the phone and was told i have to challenge this on the web site. i can't access the site as it doesn't recognise my account. so again, i have tried to phone them but now as i wait i am disconnected. this couldn't be worse. these people should not be in business. i will report this to the ohio atty gen then challenge tha charge via visa.
