champagne. I'm sure you've seen me countless times on TV presenting the ceremonial Big Check to lucky Publishers Clearing House winners. But due to the circumstances now we were unable to bring your Check to you. The Publishers
Clearing House Consumer Affairs Department want all winners to get a Check Insurance Certificate from IRS. The first advertisement for Check Insurance appeared, according to Old Republic Title. The ad stated that by insuring this will prevent bad titles, liens and other encumbrances,To minimize the risk of a payout, To minimize undisclosed heirs and undisclosed liens, also to avoid fraudulent and treat concerning your Check.
Publishers Clearing House would like to remind you to BEWARE of scams posing as legitimate sweepstakes that ask
you to send money to some courier company or deliver service most especially emails that comes from the UK. Remember, In the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes the winning is always FREE! Not until Publishers Clearing House
request you to get an Insurance, Which you are to contact the IRS with their Information Below. Some scam artists may send out real looking checks in an attempt to get you to send money. DO NOT fall for these Fake Check Scams. You
may receive an official looking letter that includes what appears to be a real looking check. Using a variety of false promises, . Whatever the set-up, the results are always the same. If you send money back you'll be out twice. Do not
send money to any body outside the United state, Publishers Clearing House do not have any branch in the UK.
At PCH we have been attacking scams like these with a number of comprehensive consumer protection programs. From an educational standpoint we have posted consumer alerts and in our mail. We have recorded anti-scam messages on our toll-free customer service lines, and ask consumers to provide us details of the scams so we can share information with law enforcement officials including the Federal Trade Commission and State Attorneys General. In many instances we can move quickly after receiving complaints to have phone numbers supporting these scams immediately shut down.
PCH is also a proud member of the Consumer Federation of Americas Fake Check Task Force, where both private and regulatory members meet regularly to share efforts to combat these ongoing scams. We continue to partner with law
enforcement officials including the FBI, Postal Inspections Service, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and US Attorneys Office to develop new efforts to target the scammers and bring them to justice.
It pains us to inform you that the IRS will be requesting a certain fee of $1,000.00 for them to be able to provide you with the Check Insurance Certificate, you should beware that you are not paying to the Publishers Clearing House, Publishers
Clearing House have never and would never request any fee from any winner but the IRS are the only people Illegible to issue you your Check Insurance, And they requested that fee before they can issue out any Check Insurance, we are
sorry there is nothing we can do about it, you are to contact them with the details below. Before you send their requested fee, They are to email you a copy of your Winning Certificate for you to know that you are dealing with the right people, You are to Email them your Name, Address And Telephone Number for identification and they will email you a copy of your Winning Certificate, and how you will be sending the requested fee to them, You can also give them a call
after sending your information via their email below and to confirm also before sending the fee to them.
